It’s Disney’s 50th Anniversary!
If you did not already know, I am a HUGE Disney fan. Having worked at Disney World as a Cast Member for ten years, I know all the Theme Parks ins and outs. I was honored to have gone through intense, world-renowned training in customer service practices at what is called The Disney University. While not an accredited institution, Disney University holds courses designed, developed, and delivered by very experienced professionals. These instructor-led classes provided me training in all things customer service, which I employ extensively in my work now as a Realtor®.
While the classes and experience working at Disney were memorable, the best part about the parks is the memories we make when we visit as a family. In particular, my daughter Yanyssa is my true Disney pal. Even as a toddler, she’s accompanied me to the Theme Parks, and we have a blast every time we go. That’s why I love Disney World so much; it holds special memories for me and lets my family create new ones each time we visit.
